            Please refer to BID Circular Letter No. 01 dated 28th August 2001 on the captioned subject

In this connection, it has been decided that the requisite information should now be submitted to this department on the same format on monthly basis instead of fortnightly as mentioned in the above referred circular.

In this regard, the latest information of 31st October 2002 should reach this office by 7th of November 2002 and henceforth by 7th day of each month.
